By patronising Le Artificem, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. Le Artificem reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Terms & Conditions without notice.
Ordering and Delivery
We ONLY accept payment method by bank transfer or iBanking.
All parcels are shipped out via Singpost. We highly recommend all customers to opt for Self Collection which are free or registered postage. Please note that the mention time frames serves as a guideline. In the occasion of festive seasons, delivery time might exceed the expected time frame. All parcels will also be stamped with our returned address at the back of each parcel.
We provide delivery methods such as:
Self Collection (Free)
Self collection is usually available from Monday to Friday.
Time schedule will be sent weekly via email to customers who opts for self collection as it differs weekly.

If you're travelling by bus, board 52 154 or 184 from the bus stop opposite Clementi Mall.
Normal Postage (SGD1)
It does not comes with tracking number.
(Additional SGD$0.50 for third item onwards in a single order)
Registered Postage (SGD3)
Maximum weight per parcel: 2KGS
Customers will be entitled to complimentary registered postage for a single amounting to SGD$100 and above. Registered postage is recommended as it comes with a tracking number and it takes approximately 1-3 working days for parcel to be delivered to recipient's doorstep.
(Additional SGD$0.50 for third item onwards in a single order)
You may track your items if you have opted for registered postage HERE.
Items will be processed and mailed out within 7 working days after your order has been placed.
How to shop
Do take note that items are based on first pay first served basis. Once item is sold out, and payment has already been made for it, we will definitely refund you back for it.

Here at Le Artificem, we strive to make every customer truly satisfied with their purchase. We pride ourselves with sending out items that have passed our quality checks. We do not want our customers to receive anything less than that.
So if you feel that the order is faulty or not up to your satisfaction, please email us immediately after item is received and we will allow an exchange for another item. As soon as your returned parcel reached us, we will sent you an email notification. Exchange for item must be done within 14 days of receiving item.

1. There may be a 1 - 3cm difference in our given measurements. In such cases the variance may not be considered as a defect.
2. No cash refunds are allowed for all returned goods except for incorrect item sent
3. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached us.
